It's Denny's.... Always good for breakfast.

I have been twice to this Denny's and both times the service was poor. My most recent visit was on September 18th for lunch, there were a few other customers but our waiter was awful. Took long with many reminders to bring things; and at the end when it came time to pay our bill after our waiter knew we were flustered told us we were his favorite customers!!!!! Will never go back to this location.
(1)Marcos C.
Service is slow, the food takes forever to come out. I would honestly only go for takeout.
(2)Laurie L.
Burnt food after waiting 40 minutes for simple eggs, bacon, and toast. Um....we were the only people in the building by the way! Nothing like a weird/creepy manager to stare at you for 10 minutes while you complain and still have to eat the food since no other option was offered. Funky experience.
(1)Erika E.
Omg don't ever come here at night eek!!!!! Waiters having a fight and troy is extremely lazy!!!! Pick another place to eat service here at night really sucks!!!!!
(1)Rex J.
Over a 30 minute wait for our food and the food quality was okay but not that great. As far as Denny's go...this particular location was under par.. Which is unfortunate because we had higher hopes based on other reviews.
(1)Jazmine F.
This place is the worst! We sat for almost 10 min before we got a server. The cups were dirty, the glasses were dirty, the napkin was dirty.... and the manager could seem to careless. Don't eat here unless you want to knowingly eat dirt.....
(1)Rick D.
This trip reminded me why I don't eat at Denny's. Coupon or not this stuff sits terribly after consumption. WTF is up with those eggs. Must've been drunk every time I said yes to this.

Came to eat late night with a friend (who just got off working a local restaurant!). Place was empty.. Ordered a BBQ bacon burger (medium) but received a burnt dripping with BBQ sauce burger. Honestly, the sauce was dripping down my hands to my arms. Went to wash my hands and used knife/fork to just cut the meat. I left over all the toppings (I paid for) and just wanted to be done. The portion of hashbrowns for the second order was very small..probably smallest I ever had at any Denny's.. Usually it's the whole little round plate. Took about 20 mins to even see our waitress again to ask for the check. Don't think I'll ever eat there again. I'll gladly drive all the way to stirling/university for amazing service and food!!

Stopped in for a bit. One of the waitress made me feel at home. She added a personal touch. Warm and friendly.

Gross. I definitely wouldn't suggest this Denny's to anyone. The waiter prefered to hang out with the other servers in a corner than actually take our order. The food wasn't bad at all, until i noticed a HAIR in my food. That's disgusting. When I told the waiter, he said he'd give me a small discount to make it up to me. Um, no. Not only that, one of the elder waiters decided it was real cool for him to insult my fiancé, very loudly while pointing, because our lobes are stretched and we have a bunch of tattoos. Don't come here...EVER

First off, came in to dine bc I was hungry and I love dennys. But this is my first time to this location. The waitress was nice. I ordered a cup of the vegetable beef soup which when came out was warm not hot. She was kind enough to heat it up for me. For dinner I ordered cheeseburger with seasoned fries. It literally came out three minutes after ordering and while I'm still eating my soup. So couple bites into my burger noticed the meat was not done, gross, the waitress came by and asked how everything was I immediately sent it back. I had lost a my appetite. She then brings me the bill with 15 percent off the bill. Lol I couldn't believed I had to pay for something I couldn't eat. So the manager walks over and instead of apologizing he rudely says what's the problem, I explained to him, and he snatches the receipt and the waitress brings it back with just the soup on it. I didn't feel k should pay for that either but I did. And even tipped her. Won't be going back. Save your money go elsewhere. I hate leaving bad comments but this was a terrible experience. And side note, the place was dirty.
(1)Allan W.
They serve my Original Grand Slam with all the food piled on one plate which is not how it's served. When I questioned the server she said she'd take care of it and had someone bring an empty plate to the table and leave it.

We travel a lot and we always go to Denny's for breakfast. This location was amazing! The staff was super nice and attentive. It was super pack at 10 am on a Saturday. They were fast and food was good. My husband had an issue with his sandwich and the waitress and manager made sure he got what he wanted and he got a fresh yummy breakfast sandwich. Nayda sat us down and she was awesome. Great personality. Friendly staff, good food and outstanding service!!!

I am not one to go to chain restaurants but I ended up at this Denny's and was very impressed. It is not your typical Dennys with a line out the door and waiters moving you in and out not caring about you as a customer. We walked in and were greated immediatly by whom I assume was the manager. He sat us and our waitress took our order and didnt rush us but instead was very attentive making sure our waters were filled and our food came out in a timely manner. I had the Biscuits and Gravy $2.00 special and it was very good. If you are looking to have a nice affordable breakfast in Pembroke Pines I recommend this location. Great Job and much success!

Last night, my family and I decided to go to this location for dinner. We have been loyal customers for more than 5 years. We do not live in this area but the drive has always been worth it. When we arrived, the Host was busy and we immediately noticed that they were understaffed. He told us to sit wherever we wanted to and that a server would be with us in a moment. 10 minutes later our waiter greeted us. He was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. However, I noticed that some of the waiters and host were preoccupied with a live football game on TV. When it came time to pay the bill, I showed the Host my BOGO free entrée with the purchase of two beverages coupon and he only deducted $3.99 for my daughter's meal. I explained to the host that in the past, staff members always deducted an Adult entrée from the bill, not the kid's meal. One of the perks of dining at Denny's is this coupon and how much money you can save for a meal. He became condescending and rude and said "Yeah, when you dine alone with your husband!" I have never experienced such treatment from any employee at this Denny's before. I am not sure I will be returning to this location any time soon. :(

Now Pembroke Pines is struggling again it's the same thing I'm never disappointed in this Denny's on Pines Blvd what's with the fucking roaches in the bathroom gross out waiter was a mean scum and the staff is extremely rude I ordered a Baseball Pancake and it was raw go to a different location or just go to IHOP
(1)Natasha R.
Love the coffee.
(3)Rolando H.
An hour passed by and we didn't get our food. In fact they hadn't placed the order in the POS. Very displeased with the service at this Denny's. I wouldn't come here again.
(1)Elaine M.
Ordered an Egg-white Omelette to go, was advised it would take around 10 minutes. (It was Valentine's Day) Waited over 40 Minutes and Finally got up and asked for my refund. NO, THANKS!
(1)Kevin H.
It ain't the fanciest or the best, but you always know what to expect. I generally only visit for breakfast or if I'm on the road. I became a fan when I moved from California to New Jersey and realized that the majority of places for breakfast served home fries. Up to this point, I had never heard of home fries. Then I happened to visit a Denny's and guess what, I was in hash brown heaven. I have since moved to Florida and there is a Denny's less than 2 miles from my house. I'll tell ya, it doesn't get any better, especially if you are a big fan of breakfast.
(4)Thuy N.
Let's just say I have not eaten Denny's in years! Today I've decided I wanted Denny's for breakfast and boy was that a mistake. As soon as we walked in there was a line. I wasn't quite sure why there was a line when there were about 4 tables open. We waited for about a good 2-4 minutes. The Manager came and sat down the customers who were there before us. As it was our turn, he showed us to our table and gave us the menus. Whoever was our server did not know he/she had a table, a few minutes passed by and we still have not seen a server. So we politely asked the Manager who was our server. So finally a server comes and takes our drink orders. While patiently waiting for our server to come back to take our orders for our food, it had seem like she had taken on too many tables and couldn't handle it AT ALL! Every time we asked for something she would always say, "Hold on one second." I ordered the Ultimate Breakfast Skillet. It has: Diced Sausage, Red Potatoes, Mushrooms, Spinach, Red Grape Tomatoes and Eggs. It was not tasteful at all! The sausage was so burnt and crisped that I was unable to enjoy or taste the sausage and the eggs had no flavoring to it. When the food runner arrived with our food, I asked her if she can bring me hot sauce and 4 minutes later I still had no hot sauce. So I kindly asked our server if she can bring me hot sauce and yet again I felt like I was being rushed as I was asking for the hot sauce. But the funny thing was, the table across from me asked the food runner for hot sauce as well and she had brought it out to him within a couple of seconds but yet I had asked her for the hot sauce and she did not bring it. Our server did not once ask us how was our food or anything! Last but not least, the Manager and employee staff needs to take up on some customer service or restaurant 101 classes. Because the Manager did not even care that the simple fact a total of 4 customers walked out within 7-9 minutes of us being there! The 2 customers complained that they were waiting too long, how other customers who sat down after them had gotten their food, yet they have not placed their orders. The other two customers walked out because the booth was really dirty, the busboy did not clean it properly and they were unable to even sit down, so they just up and left. And where was this Manager? He was at the computer near the kitchen just standing there, watching them leave and not say a word to make these customer feel welcome. This place is horrible and it takes forever for a server to come serve you! The girl at the cash register had asked if I wanted to leave a TIP. I told her NO and why don't she ask me how was my service first before asking for a tip! I feel as if you do your job or try to be as helpful as you can and make us consumer satisfied then yes you deserve a hell of a tip. But in this scenario it was by FAR THE WORST experience ever!
(1)Jomary J.
Denny's is Denny's so what can I say? I should have done this review earlier as I dont remember my servers name but nevertheless he was hood chic and very attentive to my hungover mess needs.
(5)Vero D.
I picked up to go and it was fast and easy. I just moved to this area and haven't been here to dine in. Food was great even though I took it to my house and ate it, I hate picking up food. But it stayed fresh and that's what is most important. Overall good service and great food.
(4)Huong N.
I will agree with how this Denny's was clean and not as crowded as the others and the servers were pretty friendly, I only give this Denny's location 1 star because of their manager, at least she acted like she "ran the place". She completely ruined the experienced with her rude, disrespectful demeanor. We came to Denny's to celebrate my 12-year old's birthday and asked the servers if there was anything special for them. They offer us a free build-your-own grand slam. When we went to pay, the manager demands that we show proof of their birthday. We tell her how he is only 12 and does not have ID. She then demands that we should have brought a birth certificate. Who in their right mind brings a birth certificate with them wherever they go? If this was the case, they should have informed us from the beginning instead of making us the food. We had asked several times beforehand, too. But the manager probably figures that she was in the position of "high authority" and with her power hungry self, acts like this was our fault and not her problem. Given that yes, this IS a Denny's so one should not expect top-notch service and hospitality but the manager should also realize that her job is to be friendly and act like a manager, instead of being snooty and power crazed and highly rude and disrespectful to customers. A little wake-up call for the lady, this is Denny's, a franchise, not some private owned 4-star restaurant. Absolutely TERRIBLE management, which we could have gotten her name and file an official formal complaint .
(1)Josie W.
A decent place for a casual meal. The restaurant is clean and there is plenty of parking. Food is good and not overly greasy as I have found other Denny's to be. Service is ok. You usually have to wait for the hostess to come and seat you even though there are plenty of empty tables but overall it is acceptable.
(3)Nina S.
I live in the area and didn't realize there was a Denny's at this location because it's in a stripmall. The waitress tells me they've been open about a year and a lot of people don't know they're here. I found the service to be excellent and efficient; the food was delicious as well. Pleasant and clean atmosphere and not crowded as with many other Denny's. Waitress says they're open 24 he's and offer wifi. A pleasant overall experience and good for business meetings as well.
(5)Christian H.
Honestly unless you're going to order take out don't even bother. The place is dirty, and all cups, utensils, ext are extremely dirty. The staff is ok nothing outstanding. The food is still great though!
